About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our growing real estate operations in the Abu Dhabi market. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and online lead acquisition strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage online campaigns to attract potential property buyers and investors
• Generate qualified leads through digital platforms, social media, property portals, and paid campaigns
• Support website visibility by implementing SEO best practices and content optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on lead quality and conversion rates
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper lead follow-up and customer engagement
• Optimize landing pages and online advertisements to improve lead conversion
• Conduct market research and track current trends within the Abu Dhabi real estate sector
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate marketing or lead generation
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and online marketing tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Abu Dhabi property portals and listing platforms
• Knowledge of performance marketing and online customer acquisition
• Understanding of conversion strategies and digital campaign optimization
