Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and other platforms
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, and company size
- Find decision-makers and collect accurate contact information
- Manage and update lead data in Google Sheets or CRM
- Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Maintain lead databases and ensure data accuracy
- Work closely with the sales/business development team
- Generate daily/weekly lead reports
- Follow KPIs and lead generation targets
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or data research
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Strong internet research skills
- Good written English communication
- Knowledge of B2B outreach is a plus
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and spreadsheets
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
