About the Role

Search Global is hiring motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Interns to support our sales and digital teams by identifying high-quality prospects for our design and development services. This internship is designed for individuals who want to begin their career in sales, marketing, or business development. You will be trained in our lead sourcing strategies and best practices, with the opportunity to grow into more senior roles based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct organic lead generation across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook groups, business directories, and freelancing sites.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, especially in the US market.
  • Perform outreach using predefined scripts and communication guidelines.
  • Maintain and update lead sheets, CRM entries, and daily activity logs.
  • Support the sales team by passing verified leads and scheduling follow-ups.
  • Perform market research to discover new niches and expansions for our services.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, especially in written English.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and adhere to daily targets.
  • Basic understanding of online platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook, etc.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Learning mindset and willingness to grow within the company.
