Job Overview:

The Lead Generation Officer will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads within the paint and construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong networking skills, and a deep understanding of the local market. This role requires a proactive individual who can strategize lead generation efforts and work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate potential leads through painter and contractor social circles.
  • Utilize existing networks and relationships to create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.

2. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with overall sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.

3. Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with painters, contractors, and other industry professionals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company’s reach.

4. Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits and features of the products.

5. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and results.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and sales pipeline.
  • Use data insights to refine lead generation strategies and improve results.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Intermediate/BA/B.COM or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction industry and local market dynamics.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Networking Skills: Ability to generate leads through existing networks and social circles.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes and lead conversion strategies.
