Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary Range: 20000 – 40000 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team during the night shift (6 PM – 3 AM). This role is focused on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support our sales and marketing efforts. You will work closely with the sales team to provide them with high-quality prospects, using a mix of outbound research, cold outreach, and lead qualification strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential leads through LinkedIn, business directories, and other online platforms.
• Generate outbound leads via email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital tools.
• Qualify prospects based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for lead volume and quality.
• Track and report on key metrics, ensuring continuous improvement of lead generation processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
