About the Role
Search Global is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and nurture potential clients for our design and development services. You will play a key role in driving the sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted lead generation through LinkedIn, social media, business directories, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track all lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and messaging.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns, reporting on performance and suggesting improvements.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to refine lead sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet lead generation targets consistently.
- Understanding of sales cycles and B2B client engagement (preferable).

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
