We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Telesales Specialist to help grow our client base. The role involves researching and identifying potential clients, collecting accurate business data, reaching out to prospects, and presenting our marketing services to generate new business opportunities.
key Responsibilities
Search for and identify potential clients through online research and social media platforms
Collect and organize business contact information (phone numbers, emails, social media pages, etc.)
Reach out to leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or social media
Introduce the company’s marketing services and offers professionally
Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients
Maintain and update lead databases regularly
Assist in converting leads into paying clients
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
Requirements
Previous experience in Lead Generation, Telesales, or Sales is preferred
Strong internet research skills
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to identify potential business opportunities
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
Organized and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing field
Ability to handle client communication professionally
Experience using CRM tools is a plus
