Lead Generator & Market Researcher

We are looking for a hunter-minded Lead Generator & Researcher to bridge the gap between marketing and sales. You will not be making cold calls or sending emails (unless specified). Instead, you will be the "intel arm" of the sales team—identifying ideal prospects, enriching data, and building targeted lists that allow our closers to work efficiently..

• Data Enrichment: Append missing data points (direct dials, verified emails, tech stack, recent funding news, trigger events).
• CRM Hygiene: Clean, deduplicate, and update lead records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
• Outbound List Building: Generate lists of 100-200 qualified leads per week based on specific geographic or industry verticals.
• Trigger Monitoring: Identify "buying signals" (e.g., new job postings, recent funding rounds, hiring for specific roles, software changes).
• Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor job boards and customer lists for potential warm leads.
