Lead Generator & Sales Follow-Up Executive

Location: Hyderabad, India | Department: Sales & Marketing

Role Overview

Looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generator & Sales Follow-Up Executive to support PACT’s sales team by identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and driving engagement for ERP, CRM, and HRM software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Understand customer needs and align them with PACT’s software offerings.
  • Schedule demos and meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Support proposal preparation and customer onboarding activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales (software domain preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM/HRM solutions is a plus.
