About ROCLI
ROCLI is a specialized learning center in Roswell, Georgia, focused on providing structured, personalized support for autistic and neurodivergent children. We offer ABA support pods, learning blocks, one-to-one academic support, tutoring, and seasonal programs designed to help children grow academically, socially, and confidently in a supportive environment.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Lead Guide to help oversee and run our learning programs, including ABA pods, learning blocks, one-to-one support sessions, and summer learning programs.
This is a flexible opportunity for someone who wants to work part-time during the school year, only during the summer, or continue long-term into the next school year.
Position Summary
The Lead Guide will play a key role in supporting neurodivergent learners through small-group and individualized instruction. This person should be confident leading structured learning activities, supporting children with autism and related needs, and helping maintain a positive, organized learning environment.
This is an ideal position for someone with a background in special education, teaching, academic intervention, or autism support who is looking for flexibility and meaningful work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee small-group learning programs, including ABA support pods and learning blocks
- Provide one-to-one learning support and tutoring sessions
- Support summer learning programs and seasonal enrichment blocks
- Help create and maintain structured, engaging learning environments for neurodivergent children
- Collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals as needed
- Monitor student engagement, progress, and support needs
- Adapt instruction based on learning styles, support needs, and developmental levels
- Assist with program flow, daily routines, and implementation of learning activities
- Help maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment for students
Qualifications
- Background in teaching, education, or special education required
- Experience working with children with autism and/or other neurodivergent needs required
- Strong classroom management and small-group leadership skills
- Ability to provide structured, individualized support
- Comfortable working in both group and one-to-one settings
- Patient, dependable, flexible, and compassionate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with academic support, tutoring, behavior support, or related learning programs is a plus
Schedule
- Part-time
- Flexible scheduling available
- Opportunity to work:

- Hours may include ABA pods, learning blocks, and one-to-one tutoring sessions based on availability and program needs
Pay
- $28–$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
