Your New Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer serving Princeton, Flemington, and surrounding Central New Jersey communities, you will:

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new system installs
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related HVAC equipment
• Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings as needed
• Ensure installations meet local code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time
• Train and support junior installers and helpers on installation procedures and safety practices
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Deliver strong customer service and represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
• Work independently while managing installation timelines and quality expectations

Job requirements

• Minimum 6 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading HVAC installation crews
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, system replacements, ductwork fabrication, and airflow principles
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete residential HVAC installations efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to safely perform physical job duties in residential environments
