The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being part of a company that values integrity and teamwork, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Install Residential and light commercial HVAC/R equipment, Furnace, AC, and Mini Split.
• Start up and commission installed systems
• Educate customers on equipment and accessories
• Understand and adhere to all local codes
• Lead/Train team members
• Stay up to date on new industry technology and products
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to ensure proper operations
• Complete job-related paperwork accurately and timely
• Work collaboratively with team members to solve challenges
• Maintain a high standard of safety and job site cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

• Proven HVAC industry experience (residential and/or light commercial)
• 5+ years HVAC installation experience
• Universal EPA certification (preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of both furnaces and mini-split HVAC systems is essential
• Boiler install experience (preferred)
• Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and locations and lift 75 lbs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Salary: $28.00-$35.00 per hour D.O.E
