Lead HVAC Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment efficiently. This position requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring that all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Duties

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during installations.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws.

Experience

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in air conditioning systems, ammonia refrigeration, equipment repair, appliance repair, property maintenance, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with field service operations is a plus.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
