Gohn & Stambaugh Inc. is hiring a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects throughout the York, PA market.

This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership, customer service, and mentoring junior team members.

Compensation

• $35–$45/hour based on experience
• Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install residential split systems and related HVAC equipment
• Support light commercial installation projects
• Supervise and mentor helpers/apprentices
• Ensure quality workmanship and proper startup procedures
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers during projects
• Complete installation documentation accurately
• Follow company safety standards and procedures
• Participate in ongoing technical training and development

Requirements:

Requirements

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience leading installation projects or crews preferred
• Residential HVAC installation experience required
• Light commercial experience strongly preferred
• Ability to mentor and lead helpers/apprentices
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Professional customer communication skills
• EPA certification preferred
