Zion Christian Preschool & Kindergarten is seeking warm, nurturing, dependable, and experienced Lead Teachers for our two new infant classrooms. We are looking for someone who views caring for infants not simply as a job, but as a ministry and calling.

Position Details:

• Full-Time, Year-Round
• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $22.92–$28.24/hour
• (depending on verified education and experience)

• Must love working with infants and toddlers
• Must demonstrate a strong Christian faith and values consistent with our school mission
• Minimum 12 units in Early Childhood Education required, including one completed college course in Infant/Toddler Development/Care
• Experience in infant care strongly preferred
• Must be dependable, nurturing, patient, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and professionalism required

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing responsive, loving care for infants
• Creating a calm, safe, engaging classroom environment
• Building strong relationships with families
• Following licensing regulations and health/safety procedures
• Collaborating positively with co-teachers and administration
• Supporting children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through developmentally appropriate practices
