Key Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Set and achieve predetermined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team.
  • Increase the average deal size and revenue per team member.
  • Expand geographical coverage and drive growth in underperforming markets.
  • Ensure full range coverage, making sure all categories and titles are present with 100% distribution and display (DnD).

Team Skill Development:

  • Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Implement personalized coaching plans to enhance individual team member performance.

Call Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure that call quality aligns with company guidelines and best practices.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

Lead Conversion Rate Improvement:

  • Develop strategies to enhance lead conversion rates.
  • Optimize sales processes by identifying and removing bottlenecks in the sales funnel.
  • Engage in data mining to maintain a steady flow of leads in the funnel.

Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment to maintain high employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Implement strategies to reduce employee turnover.

Performance Management:

  • Set individual performance goals for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for continuous growth.

Pipeline Management:

  • Ensure a healthy sales pipeline with a balanced mix of leads at various stages.
  • Maximize the potential of each lead in the pipeline by implementing effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team for lead generation and nurturing.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Promote open communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Address internal conflicts or issues promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and customer interactions to senior management.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, sales tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Implement innovative sales strategies and techniques to boost team performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
