As the Lead Label specialist, you will together with Labeling Team Lead, be responsible for establishing the label support team in Bangalore. You will be part of the labeling team of 6-8 people in Bangalore and work closely together with a team of local label consultants. You will receive the training from a Danish team and be responsible for future updates of labels in LAMS (Label Artwork Management System) as well as creation and updates of Graphic design of labels in Radiometer. You will work closely with the Polish part of Global labeling team, who are responsible for assessment, documentation and implementation of the labels. However, you will also be involved in some documentation of the labels in our Master Data system.

This position reports to the Labeling Team Lead in Bangalore. The team in Bangalore will be part of Radiometer Global Labeling Team. The role will be on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Ensure effective execution of label changes and label creation

Ensure compliance with global requirements for labeling (IVDR/MDR/UDI/FDA/CFDA etc.)

Deploy clear prioritization and structured in-take of new label tasks

Update and sign off in Master Data system for label creation

Drive continuous process optimization and ensure standard work, align with the global labeling team.

The essential requirements of the job include

• B.Sc. degree in science or similar
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with labelling/RA/QA in a regulated industry
• Minimum 3 years of experience from a leading international / global teams
• Experience with LAMS (labeling Artwork management System) and with graphic tools e.g. Adobe Illustrator, In Design or similar
• High-level of proficiency in English, writing and speech.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel to Europe for training

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

MS Office tools experience

Experience with operations or process improvements

Axapta/ERP systems

Working in Supply Chain, Production or R&D
