Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Maid to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities for residential or commercial spaces, ensuring all tasks meet quality standards
• Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to improve performance and uphold company policies
• Assign specific duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and sanitation tasks to team members
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed to maintain operational efficiency
• Conduct quality inspections to verify that cleanliness standards are consistently achieved
• Manage scheduling for team members, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and special requests
• Enforce safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to promote a safe working environment

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and best practices
• Supervising or management experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning environments
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Knowledge of laundry processes and hotel or hospitality housekeeping standards
• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, inventories, and quality control processes
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients while maintaining professionalism
• Familiarity with safety protocols related to custodial work and the use of cleaning chemicals
