Lead Front Desk Receptionist – Dermatology Solutions Argyle, TX

Busy dermatology office in Argyle is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone who is punctual, organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced medical office setting while providing excellent patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out patients professionally and efficiently
• Schedule appointments and maintain smooth clinic flow
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and balances
• Understand and explain EOBs, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximums
• Answer patient questions regarding billing and insurance
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
• Support front desk operations and work closely with the clinical team
• Multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented

Qualifications:

• Previous medical front desk experience required
• Strong knowledge of insurance benefits and billing terminology
• Understanding of EOBs, deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and OOP maximums
• Strong typing, computer, and organizational skills
• EMR experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
