Lead Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth service
• Uphold food safety standards and adhere to all health regulations during food handling and serving
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy nights or events such as banquets or nightclubs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; capable of cash handling and retail math calculations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating tabs, and managing cash transactions
• Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with food industry standards is highly valued
• Must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude to foster a lively atmosphere
