We are looking for a dependable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations, with a strong focus on QuickBooks/accounting tasks and customer service.

This is a hands-on, generalist role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and keeping things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping in QuickBooks
  • Maintain accurate financial and customer records
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email
  • Assist with order coordination and follow-up
  • Keep office files and systems organized
  • Support basic marketing efforts (social media, email, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with QuickBooks (required)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Social media or marketing experience

Bonus Experience

  • Trades, hardware, or technical product knowledge
  • Small business or office admin experience
