We are seeking an experienced Lead Painter to oversee painting projects, guide a small crew, and ensure high-quality finishes. Responsibilities include surface prep, painting, quality control, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and 3+ years of professional painting experience. Reliable transportation and ability to work on various job sites required.
