We are seeking a Lead People Programs Specialist to drive advanced people analytics and total rewards initiatives within our human resources team.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of people analytics strategies to support total rewards and workforce planning

Manage compensation and benefits data analysis to optimize employee programs

Coordinate the collection, organization, and synthesis of HR and compensation data from multiple sources

Develop and apply advanced statistical models and analytics to generate actionable insights

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with accountability
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR metrics and reporting processes
-
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics and reporting activities
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in people analytics methodologies and tools

Support training and development efforts related to people analytics within the HR team
-
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial and statistical concepts relevant to HR analytics

Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders
-
Analyze workforce trends and provide strategic guidance to leadership

Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators and metrics
Requirements

Master's degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Mathematics, or Statistics from a top-tier institute
-
Certification in People Analytics
-
Minimum 8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in managing data analytics, compensation and benefits, total rewards, HR metrics, and workforce planning in a large-scale organization

Extensive knowledge of advanced statistical models and people analytics

Strong understanding of financial and statistical concepts

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle HR Analytics

Practical experience with SQL for data querying and management
-
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks under pressure
-
Demonstrated accountability and ownership with a self-driven mindset

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Confident in using Excel and PowerPoint for advanced data analysis and reporting

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate persuasively with stakeholders

English proficiency level B2 - Upper-Intermediate
