Compensation: $1,000–$1,200 per day

Smile Loft Dental is seeking an experienced Lead Provider, General Dentistry to support and strengthen clinical excellence across our multi-location dental group in Maryland. This role is ideal for a confident clinician with strong diagnostic skills, productive efficiency, and the ability to support consistency among providers.

Position Overview

The Lead Provider, General Dentistry delivers high-quality patient care while also serving as a clinical resource for associate doctors. This includes supporting treatment planning alignment, maintaining documentation standards, and contributing to a consistent, system-driven patient experience across locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry in a productive clinical schedule
• Support treatment plan consistency across the provider group
• Assist in mentoring associate doctors when needed
• Maintain strong diagnostic, documentation, and communication standards
• Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure clinical efficiency and patient care alignment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience
• GPR completed
• Competent in molar endodontics
• Competent in surgical extractions
• Strong communication, leadership presence, and clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-provider, multi-location environment
