As the Lead Recruiter supporting Signant Health’s Commercial business unit, you will lead full-cycle recruiting for key revenue-generating functions (e.g., Sales, Business Development) while managing and mentoring a small team of recruiters.
You will drive hiring strategies, stakeholder engagement, and team performance in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring alignment with our values and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Business Partnership
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles within the Commercial business unit.
  • Partner closely with business leaders and Talent Business Partners to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines.
  • Leverage savvy, creative direct sourcing techniques to engage passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines.
  • Skilled at offer negotiations to ensure competitive, equitable, and timely hiring outcomes.
  • Champion proper and effective documentation within the ATS, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Use data to track progress, report results, and drive improvements in time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience and brand alignment throughout the process.
People Management
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, providing coaching, workload prioritization, and performance feedback.
  • Monitor team KPIs and ensure alignment with broader hiring goals and capacity planning.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive recruiting issues.
Strategic Projects & Collaboration
  • Contribute to cross-regional recruiting initiatives such as process improvements, system enhancements, and employer branding.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and HR to refine workflows, improve recruiter efficiency, and enhance internal mobility.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience; at least 1 year in a people leadership or team mentoring role.
  • Proven success in recruiting for commercial or client-facing roles, preferably in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (Ceridian/Dayforce preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead with data.
  • Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to delivering excellent candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Why Join Us
Join a global, mission-driven organization that’s redefining how clinical trials are executed through innovation, technology, and collaboration. In this role, you’ll contribute to improving patient outcomes while developing your expertise at the intersection of clinical operations and digital health technology.
