Responsibilities

  • Technical Liaison – Single-point interface for all authority interactions; represent Adani Realty in hearings, site inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Drawing Preparation & Submission – Oversee/review architectural, structural, MEP, and layout drawings for 100 % alignment with authority checklists; ensure error-free submissions within SLA timelines.
  • Internal & External Stakeholder Coordination – Orchestrate inputs from design, legal, consultants, and site teams for compliance closure and technical due-diligence reports.
  • NOC & Permission Procurement – Secure 360° approvals (IOA, CC, OC, EC, Fire NOC, Height NOC, CRZ, Tree NOC, etc.) with minimum rejections; target ≥ 95 % first-time approval rate.
  • Submission Tracking & Expeditious Closure – Maintain live approval dashboard; proactively escalate via formal/informal channels to required TAT for critical NOCs.
  • Regulatory Risk Register – Identify policy shifts early; build contingency plans and secure advance NOCs for pipeline projects.
  • SOP & Knowledge Bank – Develop authority-wise submission templates, checklists, and escalation matrices; train junior team members.

Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Urban Planning.

Desirable/Preferable : Master’s in Urban Planning / Construction Management / Public Administration.

Total Years (Band): 14–18 years

Years (Relevant): 8+ years leading regulatory liaison for large-scale real-estate projects

Variety of experience : Secured Environmental Clearance (EC), CRZ, Fire NOC, Aviation NOC, RERA registration in Maharashtra. Managed end-to-end approvals for project.
