Lead Roof Repair Technician/Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Repair Technician/Foreman to oversee repair projects within our service teams. This role is vital in ensuring that all repair, maintenance, and installation tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. As a leader on the ground, you will manage field team, mentor technicians, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your hands-on mechanical knowledge combined with your leadership skills will drive project success and uphold our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform roof inspections, identify issues, make onsite repairs
• Ensure OSHA safety guidelines (anchors, ladders, etc) along with company guidelines
• Lead group of technicians, provide instructions to maximize efficiency
• Complete work orders, including before-and-after photos and repair notes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, both on-site and in company vehicles.
• Lead by maintaining onsite professionalism
• Bend and install sheet metal work including chimney flashing, counter flashing and other custom work
• Vinyl siding and soffit/fascia repairs
• EPDM/TPO repairs
• Assist with emergency repair calls as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years or roofing repair or installation experience
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• Read and follow manufacture specifications and apply onsite
• Physical ability to lift heavy material and perform manual labor
• Work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Able to comfortably lift and carry 50+ pounds while climbing a ladder
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Strong leadership
• Knowledge of various roofing systems (asphalt shingles, flat/low slope, some EPDM).
• Siding installation experience or fascia/soffit experience

Preferred Skills

• Tile/Slate roof system experience
• Soldering
• OSHA Safety certification or willingness to obtain
• Driving manual truck proficiently
• CDL license class B
• Determine if storm or hail damage present

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
