Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teacher at PRECIOUS JEWELS LEARNING CENTER, located in Hampton, VA. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, delivering engaging and age-appropriate instruction, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assessing the individual needs and progress of students. Additional responsibilities include maintaining classroom management, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and effectively communicating with students, parents, and colleagues. The Teacher will ensure adherence to educational standards and support the developmental needs of children.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching techniques
• Strong background and knowledge in Education practices
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Experience and competency in Training and mentoring students
• Commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
• Background in Education or a related field preferred
• Relevant teaching certification(s) and classroom experience are desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
