Lead Teacher Toddler Classroom

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for educating and nurturing young minds, with expertise in curriculum development and classroom management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
• Provide individualized instruction to students based on their learning styles and abilities
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for all students
• Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and inclusive space for children
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
• Conduct assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in curriculum development
• Strong tutoring abilities
• Effective classroom management skills
• Experience in toddler care and child welfare
• Knowledge of Montessori or daycare teaching methods
• Ability to educate students in various subjects
