Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment for all students.
• Educate children on basic academic concepts, social skills, and emotional development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote positive interactions among students.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Skills

• Experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
• Strong classroom management skills to create a disciplined yet nurturing atmosphere.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
• Experience in daycare or childcare settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
• Ability to provide toddler care and infant care as needed.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
