Lead Verification & Closure Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a Lead Verification & Closure Executive to join our in-house campaign. The ideal candidate will confidently manage customer calls, verify information accurately, and successfully close leads. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals who are professional, persuasive, and target-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound verification and closing calls
• Verify customer details and ensure data accuracy
• Convert potential leads into confirmed closures
• Maintain proper call records and daily performance reports
• Follow company scripts, guidelines, and quality standards
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English
• Experience in sales, telesales, verification, or closing preferred
• Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Professional, punctual, and responsible attitude
