We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our retail outlet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, drive sales, manage a dynamic team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and monitor team performance
  • Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated issues professionally
  • Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and regular stock checks
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation as per brand guidelines
  • Prepare daily sales reports and assist in outlet audits and performance reviews

Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred)
  • Experience: 3–4 years in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
