Job Description

The Learning & Development Manager (PLC Manager) will oversee the planning, execution, and quality assurance of PLC (Professional Learning Communities) and SLG (School Learning Groups) across multiple schools. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in teacher training, community-driven learning, and cross-school collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and allocate teachers for PLC/SLG sessions.
• Train and onboard teachers on programme structure and expectations.
• Monitor session quality, participation, and facilitator rotation.
• Work with school leaders and systems teams to track attendance and progress.
• Provide reports, feedback, and insights to leadership.
• Build strong professional relationships and foster collaborative learning cultures.
• Lead innovations to improve community-based teacher learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Education (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in teacher professional development or instructional leadership.
• Proven coaching and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Strong adaptability and resilience.

Working Conditions

• Remote work, Monday–Friday (hours aligned with assigned region).
• Interaction with international teams may require flexible hours.
