What are we looking for? The Learning Administration Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing learning systems, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of learning and development programs. This role combines administrative expertise with technical proficiency in Cornerstone on Demand(CSOD) Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics to support organizational learning strategies. o Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone). o Strong organizational and time management skills. o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. o Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts •LMS Management • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Learning Management System (LMS). Training Coordination • Schedule and manage training sessions (virtual and in-person). • Handle participant registration, confirmations, and attendance tracking. • Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders for seamless program delivery. Reporting & Analytics • Generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and engagement. • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Continuous Improvement • Stay updated on learning technologies and best practices. • Suggest enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes.
