Requirements:

• Associate degree / Bachelor’s degree in related fields (preferably Industrial Engineering, Educational Technologies, Business Administration or related)
• Preferably with a good level of English proficiency
• Minimum 2 years experience in an L&D, training operations or administrative support role
• Strong data literacy and ability to work with metrics, dashboards and reports
• High learning agility
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills; ability to coordinate with multiple training units
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong capability to work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with responsiveness and flexibility
• High proficiency in MS Office programs (advanced Excel)
• Experience with LMS platforms; familiarity with data systems is a plus
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Having Corporate Academy experience will be an asset

In this role, you will

Classroom Management & Coordination

• Be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring the daily utilization of training classrooms
• Coordinate classroom sharing across all training units and ensure optimal usage
• Manage daily classroom occupancy, cancellations, unused rooms, and prepare regular utilization reports
• Ensure all computer-based classroom s are fully operational, assigned and ready for use
• Track and manage computer inventory, including asset assignment, daily checks, maintenance and failure/backup processes

Learning Analytics & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate and analyze learning data such as attendance, completion rates, digital usage, costs, satisfaction scores and classroom utilization
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards to support decision-making
• Contribute to the development of Learning Analytics capabilities within Pegasus Academy
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
• Support the creation of performance indicators and impact measurement models

General Learning Operations Support

• Maintain training records and track participant progress via LMS
• Support with training invitations, registration processes and participant communication
• Assist with purchasing, budgeting and invoicing entries
• Provide administrative support to senior training team members, including preparing reports and presentations
• Assist in the implementation of training programs and coordination of logistics
