Leasing Agent at a Large Property in Bend

We are looking for an enthusiastic leasing agent to join our team at a large property in the greater Bend area.

For our Leasing Agent, we are looking for the following:

* Dependable Work Ethic
* Strong Phone Skills - In Person Visits
* Excellent Customer Service with effective Sales/Closing skills.
* Professional Presentation with Positive Attitude, promoting a positive community environment
* Conduct Daily Advertising
* Self Starter, who can prioritize tasks to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
* Must be able to take direction
* Ability to Multi Task and be a Team Player!
* Able to consistently implement policies of the community when needed.
* Experience in Basic Computer Skills including Word, Excel, etc.
* Readiness to do other Duties as Assigned.
