We are a franchisee of Sola Salons serving multiple markets in the Southeast. We are the 2nd largest franchisee in the system with 58 locations. We have an aggressive growth strategy. We operate 15 locations in Atlanta (and growing).

Job Overview
Sola Salons is a facility operator which provides turnkey one- and two-chair salon studios for beauty professionals. A typical location has 30 to 40 salon studios. Sola Salons’ tenants are not employees, but rather independent business owners. Sola Salons’ focus is on delivering the best salon environment to highly dedicated beauty professionals who desire to own their own businesses. We support the success of these stylists by providing a support community which is focused on allowing each beauty professional to express her creativity, enhance the client experience and own her success.

The Leasing and Marketing Manager will participate in a range of leasing and marketing activities. The position requires a combination of engaging with beauty professionals, market research, office time, and driving between multiple locations. Sola Salons is a service business which operates in a B2B environment where we empower our tenants (beauty professionals) to grow successful businesses.

Duties
- Touring and leasing studios (multi-location)

- Creating social media content

- Hosting open houses

- Coordinating education and industry events

- Promoting parties and social activities

- Networking with industry partners

- Market research and outreach

- Building relationships to maximize tenant/customer retention

Experience
- Proven sales and relationship building experience
- Beauty industry experience is not required
- Welcome retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, and general work experience
- Strong commitment to team, service, and relationships
- Skills with social media, excel, and general technology knowledge
- Enthusiasm for promoting our programs and marketing initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
