Minimum 6 months apartment leasing or customer service experience (preferred)</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a high-volume office!</li><li>
A friendly demeanor and positive can-do attitude and a self-starter</li><li>
Must be energetic, reliable, and have strong sales orientation
</li><li>Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills required
</li><li>Must be able to work weekends.
