Position Summary
The Leasing Consultant is the community’s sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, professionally present the features and benefits of their assigned community and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. This opportunity will be assigned to our "CoOp WaterWorks" property, located just northwest of downtown Houston in the Greater Heights district.
(**Lease commission bonuses in addition to hourly wage)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts all business in accordance with Magnolia’s policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other Federal and State laws.

Qualifications
Education/Certification
§ High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 year degree or higher preferred.
Experience
1 - Year of Leasing consultant experience
Expected Hours of Work
Hours for this position will be Monday Thru Friday (on a rotational 40 hour work week schedule). Saturday Shift(s) will be on a rotational basis with other leasing staff. Physical presence at Magnolia properties is required to perform the duties of this position.

This role requires occasional operation of a motor vehicle. The employee is regularly required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
