Leasing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Emirati Leasing Executive to join our growing real estate portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across multiple key developments while playing an active role in driving leasing results, tenant relationships, and commercial performance.

You will be involved in projects across Al Ain, Sharjah, Kalba, and Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute lease agreements in line with company policies and commercial objectives.

• Manage specialty leasing activities (kiosks, pop-ups, promotional units) to maximize revenue.

• Handle leasing inquiries from new and existing tenants professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate with legal, finance, and property management teams to ensure smooth lease processing.

• Maintain leasing documentation, records, and trackers.

• Support lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments.

• Conduct market research and identify potential tenants.

• Build strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and stakeholders.

• Monitor lease expiries and manage renewals and vacancies.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Emirati
• 2–5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of lease agreements and commercial terms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
