Leasing Manager - Ballantrae

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information about available units.
• Assist in the leasing process by preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current market trends and rental rates to effectively market properties.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants via phone, email, or in-person.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are ready for showings and address tenant concerns.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with current residents to encourage lease renewals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-family leasing administration preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with clients.
• Basic understanding of property management principles is a plus.
• Ability to perform data entry accurately and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
