Leasing Professional

Guide Property Services is a mid-size management company looking to hire a Leasing Professional who wants to be a key member of our company’s growth by managing the leasing workflow of our managed apartment communities in the north Seattle & Everett area. We offer a casual work environment with flexible work schedules and leasing bonuses. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for managing the leasing workflow for a portfolio of properties, working with Guide’s lead management system and Property Managers to achieve established leasing goals.

Responsibilities:

- Manage leasing flow from inquiry to resident move-in using Guide’s management platforms and procedures

- Lead apartment tours with resident prospects and provide thorough follow-up

- Professionally represent the communities and Guide

- Help ensure that properties and units are in showing condition

- Collaborate with Property Managers to schedule showings for a portfolio of properties in the Seattle Area

- Maintain and update leasing flow documentation

- Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team on rental rates and market conditions

- Assist with unit marketing by taking photos and video walk-throughs of vacant units as well as posting ads to Craigslist and Facebook Marketplace

Qualifications:

- Hard-working, resourceful, proactive leader focused on continuous improvement

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospective tenants

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership

- Integrity, extreme attention to detail, and excellent judgment

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

- Ability to utilize a personal smart device for apps related to property operations and communication

Other:

- Must be authorized to work in the US

- Knowledge of Fair Housing

- Reliable Vehicle and Valid Driver's License is required (Mileage Reimbursement)

- Knowledge of AppFolio is preferred

- Ability to be flexible under change, multitask, manage time efficiently and prioritize work responsibilities

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
