Leasing Specialist

BWRA Property Management is a fast-growing multifamily management company exclusively focused on managing apartment rentals across Greater New Orleans and South Louisiana. We're looking for a driven, licensed Leasing Specialist to join our property management team, who will handle all of the leasing for a growing portfolio of apartment complexes under management.

What you'll do

• Show and lease multifamily units across the Greater New Orleans market
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and prospective tenants
• Manage your own pipeline from initial inquiry through signed lease
• Conduct property tours and prepare leasing presentations
• Collaborate with our brokerage and property management teams on active listings
• Track market activity, unit availability, and rental comps to position listings effectively

Requirements

• Active Louisiana real estate license (non-negotiable)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-directed with the ability to manage your own schedule and pipeline
• Reliable transportation and availability for showings
• A professional, client-first mindset

Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
