Legal and Compliance Associate

We are currently looking for a Legal & Compliance Associate to support a project with a consulting firm.

This is a 6-month contract (renewable) , and we are looking for candidates available immediately .

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory analysis, company setup, and licensing requirements
• Gather and structure inputs from legal teams, compliance/risk functions, and external counsel
• Translate legal frameworks into business implications (e.g., licensing, data privacy, process design, controls)
• Assist in drafting intercompany agreements and regulatory summaries
• Map compliance obligations and track regulatory dependencies and approvals
• Ensure alignment between legal requirements, operating model, and implementation (processes & systems)

Profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles
• Background in Big 4 (risk/compliance), consulting, or law firms (junior associate level) is a plus
• Experience in KSA/GCC preferred

Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and compliance principles
• Exposure to financial services regulations is a plus
• Ability to translate legal text into clear business requirements
• Strong structuring and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Experience in regulatory/compliance projects, company setup, or contract drafting is a plus
