Legal Assistant cum Researcher

Conduct thorough legal research in UAE legislation, regulations, and court precedents.

Draft and translate legal documents, memos, and reports in Arabic and English.

Monitor and summarize legal developments, amendments, and judgments.

Support case preparation with legal opinions, evidence analysis, and document review.

Maintain organized legal research archives and databases.

Must have strategic thinking to advance the business services.

Ability to effectively market services to acquire and retain clients.

Proficient knowledge of drafting of various types of legal contracts.

Ability to formulate a legal response to the clients who request legal consultation.

Be able to coordinate legally with various sources, including the legal government department, etc.

Excellent proficiency in the English language and all necessary IT functions.
