Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Associate to support our Australian immigration practice. This position involves preparing, reviewing, and managing visa casework for both corporate and individual clients. The role is on-site but may start remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile accurate Australian visa applications
• Follow structured case workflows to ensure timely processing
• Draft clear and professional client communications and case documents
• Track post-lodgement updates and follow up with authorities
• Coordinate with internal teams for case initiation and documentation
• Maintain updated case progress in the case management system
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on Australian immigration regulations and apply knowledge effectively
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal guidelines
• Proactively raise issues to avoid case delays or refusals

Required Skills & Qualities

• Strong casework handling and documentation skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Clear communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments
• Eager to learn and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent
• 1–2 years of professional experience in an office environment
• Experience in visa processing or immigration casework is an advantage
• Proficiency in English & Urdu (a third language is a plus)
• Female candidates only
