Our law firm is seeking a Client Manager with strong legal awareness and excellent communication skills to support our operations

This role plays a vital part in maintaining a professional relationship between clients and our legal team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all stages of the legal process


📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client intake according to legal requirements and firm protocols

• Oversee onboarding documents, engagement agreements, and required supporting papers

• Coordinate with attorneys to track case progress, procedural deadlines, and court schedules

• Provide clients with timely, accurate, and legally aligned updates

• Maintain client files in compliance with internal policies

• Schedule meetings, consultations, and procedural appointments

• Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and legal awareness

• Support billing and fee collections by communicating invoices and following up when needed

• Prepare periodic reports on case status, client satisfaction, and workflow efficiency


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB preferred)
  • Good understanding of Egyptian legal procedures and terminology
  • 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or legal services environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Arabic; English is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with legal case-management or CRM systems is a plus


Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a law firm, legal services company, or a client relations role within a regulated professional environment

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

• Familiarity with legal case-management or CRM systems
