Your Role as a Case Manager

As a Case Manager, you’ll be an essential part of our legal team, helping guide clients through one of the most challenging moments of their lives. From intake through resolution, you will ensure cases move forward efficiently while delivering exceptional client care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full caseload of pre‑litigation personal injury cases
• Assisting attorneys with new client intakes
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients
• Tracking medical treatment and recovery progress
• Organizing and maintaining complete and accurate case files
• Communicating with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and internal staff
• Maintaining detailed case notes in our legal management system

What You Bring

• 1+ year of personal injury case management experience (preferred)
• Solid understanding of Nevada personal injury law, legal terminology, and medical records
• Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for client service
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with legal case management software (Needles, Filevine, or similar)
• Exceptional organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Notary Public certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain within 60 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
