We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Consultant to join our growing legal consultancy team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of Qatari laws and regulations, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment. This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across multiple industries.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist in drafting and reviewing various legal documents and agreements, including but not limited to:

  • Lease Agreements
  • Sale & Purchase Agreements
  • Distribution Agreements
  • Service Agreements
  • Shareholders Agreements
  • Joint Venture Agreements
  • Commercial Contracts and Corporate Documents

Conduct legal research and provide support on matters relating to Qatari laws and regulations, including:

  • Commercial and Corporate Laws
  • Real Estate Laws
  • Civil Transactions Law
  • Construction Law
  • Maritime Law
  • Insurance Law
  • Commercial Agency Law
  • Bankruptcy Law

Prepare opinions, reports, memorandums, and client advisories under supervision.

  1. Assist senior consultants/assistant manager in handling client matters, case strategy, and regulatory compliance assignments.
  2. Draft articles and newsletters for digital marketing support.
  3. Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and clients where required.
  4. Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assignments.
  5. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.


Candidate Requirements:


Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.

1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm or legal consultancy firm in Qatar.

Understanding of local Qatari laws and legal procedures.

Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.

Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred. Not mandatory.
