The purpose of the role is:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Consultant will play a crucial role in managing and negotiating contracts with our clients and vendors, so we are looking for someone who has a strong background with the Commercial Contracts Management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Analyze contract terms and conditions, identifying any potential risks or issues and providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and negotiate contract terms that meet the needs of both parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, amendments, and related documents
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of existing contracts to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters
• Monitor and track contract performance, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations and deadlines are met
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to facilitate effective contract management
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in contract management and make recommendations for process improvements
Qualifications / Skills
• bachelor’s degree in law, Legal or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a corporate setting
• Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology
• Strong knowledge of law and legal regulations of Saudia Arabia
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex contracts and identify potential risks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
